Become a Volunteer Mentor in the largest support network in the state!
All that is required is that you be a member of the Indiana Foster Care and Adoption Association. If you are not currently a member and would like to become one, Sign up today.
This site is designed to allow foster and adoptive parents to network and support one another via the internet. Register as a Volunteer Mentor then identify areas in wich you feel you have enough expertise to advise. When people are looking for help they will search to locate mentors that have the experience in that area. After locating the mentors you want to contact you will be given an opportunity to email them with questions. The system is designed to blind email addresses. Email addresses are private until the vilunteer responds to your question.
Another reward to becoming a mentor is when you connect with another foster or adoptive parent within your own county or city! This will allow you to network locally as well as statewide. Be a part of families who are helping families grow!
